The company Águas da Região Metropolitana de Maputo SA (AdRMM) will install a water supply system in the Uxene Smart City that will serve around 100,000 inhabitants of this Project for the Development of Intelligent and Ecological Centrality.
In this way, Álvaro Cossa, President of AdRMM, representing the Director General of FIPAG, and Michel Ussene, President of Uxene Smart City, signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at expanding water supply services to this city that will be born within the Maputo Province, an act that took place at the Joaquim Chissano International Conference Centre, in the city of Maputo, on the sidelines of the Project presentation ceremony.
UXENE Smart City is a project to develop an Intelligent and Ecological Center to provide Mozambicans with a modern, safe, and intelligent environment and lifestyle.
UXENE Smart City will create a considerable social impact making available 6,500 direct jobs and more than 20,000 indirect jobs, as well as installing various social and economic infrastructures, generating tax revenues valued at around 150 Million US Dollars over 15 years, with estimated project time.
